Workplace tensions rarely resolve on their own.
When conflict between colleagues, staff or team members continues, it can affect communication, morale and productivity — and place increasing pressure on managers and the wider team.
I provide structured, confidential support to help organisations address workplace conflict early and restore functional working relationships.

A Proportionate Approach
Not every workplace conflict requires formal mediation.
Because many workplace issues are strongly relational, I often begin — where appropriate — with a targeted Restorative Practice process. This structured early intervention can be enough to resolve concerns and stabilise working relationships without the need for more formal steps.
Where additional structure is required, we then move into a clear workplace mediation process.
This staged approach helps organisations address matters efficiently while maintaining professionalism and care for all involved.
When to Consider Support
Workplace mediation or restorative work can be helpful when:
- communication has broken down between colleagues
- tensions are affecting team functioning
- informal attempts to resolve the issue have not worked
- there is ongoing interpersonal strain
- managers want to address issues before formal processes escalate
Early, well-facilitated conversations often prevent matters from becoming more complex or costly.
My Approach
My work integrates restorative, attachment-informed and structured mediation processes.
Restorative work supports participants to:
- feel heard without escalation
- address underlying tensions
- reduce defensiveness
- restore professional respect
- and re-engage more constructively
Where mediation is required, the focus remains practical and forward-looking — supporting respectful dialogue, reducing ongoing tension and helping teams move forward with clarity.
I also support participants to regulate heightened stress responses so conversations can remain contained and productive.
